Art. What I do, what I don't

• I draw dragons, gryphons, avians, dinosaurs, mythical creatures, sergals etc. I don't plan to draw anthros, felines, canines and humans s but if you like my style feel free to ask. I'm open for new experiences, but it may be charged extra or take more time.
• Themes aren't limited to artworks already submitted to my gallery. I draw scenes in any setting, I can draw interiors, machines, landscapes, aerial views and much more.
• I won't draw sexual or extremely violent themes (NSFW).
• Sensual, clean artworks will be accepted.
• I may dismiss any commission without giving a reason.
• I don't do for-profit commissions, so you can't resell them.
• I won't draw things including copyrighted characters (Nathan Drake, Toothless, Spyro etc.)

Process

• Payment via PayPal only in US dollars (USD)! Mark it as "goods and services" please.
• I inform customer about the time I need to complete the commission. Usual maximum time for smaller drawings is one month after the payment, reasonably longer in case of Big Ones or occupied schedule.
• After confirmation of payment I provide few (2-5) rough sketches of the scene to decide which one fits client's vision the best. Be sure to be clear about your needs or make it clear you let me get on with it. I allow you to change whatever you want at this point.
• After that I prepare the refined pencil sketch and ask for the FINAL ACCEPTANCE. After this point I can't change anything.
• Finally you get the digital version of your commission (Full resolution photo/file and smaller files ready to submit).
• High quality scan (11k x 15k pixels) scan available on request and is charged extra. Only pencil B1 artworks.
• You musn't remove the sign from the artwork!
• You have to credit me on sites where you use the artwork.
• I may sell/give away the original piece of traditional art if client doesn't order shipment.

In case you want to get commission from me:

• Declare the type of artwork from my pricelist. Inform me if it is a gift for someone or it's supposed to be done for special occasion.
• Every commission is priced individually.
• Send me every information needed about the scene and your characters, refsheets, stories etc.
• I offer designing characters too - most of artworks I've done recently are executed without them but it costs extra 50-100%, depends of species, complexity and type of artwork.
• After acceptance the commission I send you my paypal adress and I start working after getting the payment. Please pay within 24 hours after that.
• In case of commissions more expensive than $40 I take 50% first, and another half after sending refined sketch (before shading/coloring).
• If you change your mind during a process I do a refund and amount of it depends of the state of artwork. 100% (minus Paypal fees) if I didn't start yet. 80% (minus fees) after I did rough sketches 50% (minus fees) if I've drawn refined sketch. No refunds after this point.

Shipment

• Physical pieces are sent in envelopes (watercolor, small canvases) or tubes (everything else) by mail. Pastels and pencil drawings are secured with fixative, acrylic paintings with varnish.
• PRICE OF SHIPPING INCLUDES THE COST OF THE PHYSICAL PIECE
• You can sell physical piece
• I Need your real name and address
• Time for shipping may be very various and can exceed three months in some cases!
• In case of lost or damaged parcel I refund shipment cost compensated by Polish Mail. Remember to document the damaged piece properly (photos) and inform your post service or reject the parcel, if it's visibly damaged, dampened etc.
