Terms of service:

BEFORE ORDERING
*Please read the TOS before asking for a commission, it will make the process easier for both of us.
*Feel free to ask me anything you think is important by private message.
*Be aware of my do's/don'ts list.
*Prices are in USD as shown in my commission sheet.
*I only accept commissions when my IB, Weasyl or FA pages show my commission status as OPEN.
*If you have any questions you wish to address before ordering, please PM me, or send me an e-mail to johnny_jones [at] hotmail [dot] es. I'll be happy to assist you!
*To claim a spot, fill this form.
*I only accept references/drawings of the characters, NO written explanations please.
*Be as specific as you can with what you'd like (price range, extras, pose, props, etc.) If you can provide
me references of the things you absolutely want, even better. It helps me put a final price to your
commission, and decide if your commission applies for any discount.
*I have the right to decline your commission without giving an explanation.

YOU GOT CHOSEN, HURRAY! NOW WHAT?
*If I accepted your idea, I'll send a reply to your private message, letting you know the final price of
your commission or if I would take your commission with some minor changes. If you're OK with this, please reply with your paypal e-mail address. I'll send the invoice to this address, check it often.
*If there's no response/payment within three days, I'll cancel your commission and give a chance to another commission idea.
*I'll send a (very) rough sketch of the pose, for you to approve. I only expect of you to accept the pose.
I can make changes to this sketch. Though, if I need to redo the sketch, I may keep the rejected sketch for me to use in whatever I see fit.
*I'm not a full time artist, and as such, I can't give an expected time to finish the piece, though I'll keep you updated in my journal.
*After I have started your commission, I may offer a refund of 50% minus original paypal commission if it isn't finished. By accepting this refund, you let me use the sketch as I see fit. No refunds are given for finished commissions.
*Once I finish a drawing, I will only make small adjustments, change colors or add critical things I forgot about the characters.
*For an animation, I'll send you WIPS whenever I have an update. You may only point out animation mistakes, but is up to me to decide if it's possible to correct. Please, don't share it, it's still an unfinished version.
*As a rule of thumb, 8 frames are about half a second. The animation will loop unless you state otherwise.
