Backstory:
Rojo hatched in gang of scavengers along his sister Aneh. He spend their time playing with her, Madax, Dorn Negro, Saimin and later with Rayas.
One day Dragon Guards came and killed off all adults and took kids to Dragon council for judgement. Chairman Iswed deemed them too unnatural and banished them to Stramba island. This scared Rojo who swore to keep his sister safe from any danger.
When Madax took role of leader he and Aneh were forced to desert that became their domain.
Years later Ealim created servants to them. Soldiers, scout Vicitra and general Ese.
More years passed until Eveliina came, they didn´t to kill her, he and his sister toyed with her a bit. Later when they encountered again they would form alliance and depart to Madax´s domain, at there he stopped Dorn, Negro and Saimin from getting their paws on Eveliina before Rayas and Madax would fight.
Now he lives under Rayas´s rule.
Personality: Rojo is one of calmest Outcast masters, he rather lets his servants kill the whatever it is that needs to die. He mostly toys with his victims.
Strenghts: Rojo is determined to keep his sister and himself safe from harm. He´s well adapted to dangers of island.
Flaws: Rojo doesn´t posses any breaths or any unique tricks. He has to rely on his tail, fangs and horns if he has to fight.
