Backstory:
Iswed hatched in Leaga Cavern to two black dragons. When he was old enough to read he started to get interested of law and dream of being part of Dragon council. Years passed, Iswed growing to be respected in his village as his parents were from excellent family trees too.
When it was time to elect new members for council he stepped in, Iswed was one who was elected and became chairman of council because how impartial and wise he was when it was about law and rules among other things. Even now he is chairman of Dragon council, steady and trustful judge.
Personality: Iswed is wise and experienced as he has been chairman hundreds of years. He is impartial and patience because sometimes meetings can be a one shouting choir.
Strenghts: Iswed is master of shadow element and expert fighter due his long life. He is reasonable and tries to find always compromise for situation so everyone are happy.
Flaws: Being chairman comes with alot responsibility and work which can cause headache for him along needing to listen bickering and shouting choir and prevent fighting aswell. Doesn´t help if he has to deal this stuff in middle of night and entire night to morning.
