Backstory:
Rahua was created by electricity dragon dr. Ealim "Saintis" Tasertail in Stramba island shortly after his dismissal from Dragon city´s Modernization Science and Technology Academy. He used Atlawa´s and Tall Plains Dreadwing DNA in his experiment, creating Rahua, he considered him as failure and abandoned small hybrid to Stone Hill, before that he gave him name Rahua Vicitra, meaning Failure Freak.
He was found by local Shepherds who took pity on defenseless creature and took him in as their own. Rahua grew with shepherds and their dogs, away from dragons. He feared their leader Toasty, large scarecrow until he released it wasn´t going to hurt him as he was part of group.
Rahua became shepherd himself too when old enough, gifted with dog named Verjandi, meaning Defender in icelandic. Now he is lone shepherd, herding sheeps with his dog, not knowing anything from where he came from or what he was meant to be.
Personality: Rahua is shy person, spending all time with his dog and herd of sheep, always moving from place to place with them as he doesn´t want to stay one spot. He finds comfort from Shepherds who raised him and their leader.
Strenghts: Rahua can fly and being half Dreadwing he can use soundwaves to defend herd. He mostly lets Verjandi do it as he is much fierce than him.
Flaws: Despite being able to fly, use soundwaves and having a dog Rahua is poor fighter, he does have staff but it doesn´t help him much if he have to face something like dragon or wyvern.
