Definitely more brash than the first two Ghostly Gang members, Electro is a bit of a handful to deal with. He'll pick a fight or make jabs at people just for the fun of it, though Nightflare and Haunter are exceptions to that, generally (if only out of mild respect for Haunter). He has way too much fun with the criminal lifestyle, but he has been at it the longest out of any of them, so that's to be expected.

Rollout
Light Screen
Sucker Punch
Capable of using most other moves from movepool
