An Intergalactic Police Officer. He was on the trail of a reknown criminal that escaped to earth during a prison transfer. After catching the convict (with some help), he decided to set up shop on earth. His reason for staying is to catch any criminals in the area, but the main reason is because he likes it on earth compared to where he was from.
