Cicle is a cold, quiet, and overly edgy Glaceon with no memory to speak of, and not a single Ice type move to his name. His arsenal of normal type moves are empowered thanks to a bright silken scarf he keeps wrapped tightly around his neck.

In addition to his standard ability of Ice Body, Cicle also has an ability unique to him which he refers to as Life of Ice. For some inexplicable reason Hail storms seem to crop up around the Glaceon wherever he may be, though this is almost always a source of annoyance for him, he can't deny how useful it is when missions go south.

Cicle is (for lack of a better term) a mercenary, currently in the service of a handful of adventure teams. Despite being a 'mon of few words he's grown particularly close to a few team members, and even developed a fruitful relationship that now fuels his devastating Return attack. Though silent most of the time, he's headstrong and confident, and wont hesitate to help with any problem that arises. (Unless that problem is Ghost Pokemon...he can't really help you in that case...)
