Personality: Very passive; doesn't have much agency over himself; quite literally a doormat. A BIG OL' WUSS. Sensitive and kind of gloomy; cries easily. Cares a lot about others and tends to be a people-pleaser.
Occupation: Test-subject / Model for cybernetic prosthesis.
Other: He has a forked tongue and some fangs, which means he's not a pure scrap-goat. Whatever other species he's crossed with is currently unknown.
The collar around his neck is a remote-controlled magic tool that's used to paralyze him by draining him of electricity, to shut off any bionic equipment on him that might go hay-wire. It can also pump him full of electricity to give him a surplus of energy, speed, and strength for testing the limits of the cybernetic prosthesis he tests out.
The horns are just cosmetic, glowing neon when he's awake. It's sort of a silvery blue-green when it's not glowing. This happens when he's drained of electricity.
The plug-tail consists of blocks that all plugged together. More blocks can be added to increase the length of the tail. How ridiculous is that? It's pretty heckin' large for a plug too, so it's not even usable in most outlets. Is it even usable? I guess it has to be, but why the heck would he need one.
