Knil was a lost little boy, scared and all alone he couldn't make ens meat just trying to find something to eat for the day, that was until he met his mother who kindly took him into her arms and cared for his wounds that other species have gave him. it took her a while to gain his trust, since he was only 7 and had already been through so much abuse, he used to be a human but somehow he got changed into a mermaid. some say the seas spared him from a painful death by turning him into one. now hes immortal like his new mother. His mother's background story is really kept secret from him, since she doesn't want to confuse and scare him away from her, she keeps quiet about what she really is, a star/planet protector. she chose this one because he was on it and he needed her help.
