Ok so.
Juno is a 15 year old trans girl. She's sort of the antagonist but mostly an important neutral character in a story I have revolving around my JJBA ocs. She is "adopted" by one of the main villains, Arcadia, purely because he sees stand potential in her. Sometime after the actual start of the story, Juno ends up stealing the arrow from Arcadia ( or rather his partner, Huron, who was studying it as well as several weak stand users ), and running away with it. She does so after realizing that things aren't as black and white about the situation as it may seem, and that Huron and Arcadia aren't doing all the great things they suggested they were. Knowing she couldn't take those being tested and experimented on, Juno stole the next best thing: Huron's arrow. Juno thinks that neither Huron and Arcadia nor the main group of stand users can be trusted with the arrow, so she remains kind of... Neutral.
