Background/History
Backstory: Cammy was born in Vault 21 from the Casino Zone. It was a vault where all the richest Mobius gamblers lived. The vaults were created by Dr Eggman over 200 years ago before necular devastation hit the planet. Most mobians were lucky to be able to enter the vaults, but most weren't so lucky. The Mobians who were outside of the vaults died or became ghouls. The Mobians of all the vaults were told to remain inside until Eggman's computers told them that it was safe to exit the vaults.
Cammy was one of the many few who were lucky that her family was put into the vault all those years ago. She among many others are up class residents of the vault, but when the vault reopened, everything changed. Crazed mobians would threaten to attack the Casino zone so they did the only thing those could do, scrap most of the buildings & make a protective wall with Eggman's robots reprogrammed to defend the city.
The rich mobians then decide in order to keep the city running, they'd charge mobians in order to enter the city or have a passport in order to enter the city. In enters, a future distant relative of Sonic, Johnny, a member of the new Eggman Empire.
