Valerie is a character inspired by both the video game OFF, and the wonderful MaskedMerchant.

He's an odd sort, quite insistent that he's a cat, and that there is most certainly not a half-eaten bird possessing him. And while relatively friendly, he's still a cat, and generally does the opposite of what one would want him to. He's a pain, but at the same time so genuinely adorable that many tend to forget that.
