A kindhearted knight from a sacred part of the Black Forest, Francis von Geistwald was an eccentric landsman with a deep affinity for nature and the old ways of chivalry. After his death, his desire to help and do good possessed his old family armor, and the steel amassment of scutes can often be found on patrol gliding ethereally through the woods of his home, or astride a great spectral elk.
