Jenna is a tiny human girl, often described as one of the tiniest girls at school, although she is noticeably the height of Zita, Sara, Gretchen, or some of the other girls' standard height; however, if you look closely you will notice that she is indeed particularly smaller in stature. She sports an angled auburn haircut with a teal streak in her left bang, and wide blue eyes, although they can appear grey in certain lighting. She is clingy, overprotective, overzealous, easily jealous, and bitchy, sometimes trolling people unintentionally, as they describe it, although she usually denies this. Despite being Dib's significant other, she seems to detest vampires much more than aliens or other paranormal creatures, and often goes to extreme lengths to execute vampires, referring to them as "leeches" and "bloodsucking bastards." She idolizes Buffy the Vampire Slayer because of her hatred towards these creatures, and is often seen quoting her character and making references to her series. She is seen having an extremely hard time focusing, remembering things, and pinning down her opponents, to to her small stature. She is boundlessly and unconditionally in love with her sexual and romantic partner Dib Membrane. She has a slight paranoia towards Gaz, but never pays much attention to her, except when the occasional fight breaks out.

When she mistook Zaz (SychWolf's copyrighted character), a female Irken, for a human, she became obsessed with her friendship and stalking her, hinting that she could possibly be a closeted bisexual, much to Zaz's discomfort, agitation, and hatred. She has thankfully never seen the side of I.Z, her insane twin, for if she did she would be slaughtered by her murderous being, and seen as a pitiful weakness to humanity. She loves Dib and would do anything to protect him. She is also the friend of two kind Irken males, Zen and Twitch.
