Julia is a sparrow with a soft blue front and dark blue-grey back. Her black beak and eyes soft blue, Julia dresses in traditional Siilitian channeling garb. She wears a form-fitting dark blue Siilitian top, the neck and hem embroidered with a blue water-channeling design. A blue band wraps around her left forearm as well as a blue headband wrapped around her head. She wears light blue or pink shorts, tied with interlocking knots at the side. She’s fairly thin under her outfit, but can move surprisingly fast, much like the water she controls.

Julia spends most of her time doing research to further her pursuit of knowledge or practising the art of water channelling. While not strictly vegetarian, she instead saves eating meat for special occasions.
