This is an old character of mine. An imperial lung dragon able to change between this and a more human resembling form.

His element is the combination of air and fire, or better known as electricity. In the world he lives in everything is gauged by what elements create them. Most lung dragons, like him, have some connection to the element of air allowing them the ability to fly without wings. Due to the fact that he is a combination of two elements his ability to fly is limited. Much like a kid that climbs trees, he has some rather harsh landings from time to time.

Kudo is slightly immature for his age, but he grew up during a time of war and had no solid parental figures to teach him to be mature. He was raised on a small trading island in frozen seas and has quite a reputation for being a helpful hand.
