Associations: Charlie gets around, and has had some interesting times with the twins, and Trace. He recalls some parts of those encounters fondly...most of it he would rather forget. In any relationship, he prefers to be the man in charge, but he often finds himself losing control of situations thanks to thinking with pants.

General Info -
Charlie is, at this point in his character development, a professional jerkface.  I think he actually works as an insurance investigator, and he is probably REALLY good at finding reasons to not pay out claims.  He is very good at playing off very disarming qualities, befriending people, and prides himself on his charm.  And in spite of his youthful appearance, is a very shrewd, manipulative, and clever bastard.

Something he uses in his personal affairs to essentially pick up, and drop women at his leisure.  He considers himself a bit of a lady killer, and my main reason for building him up as a terrible person, is that it makes it more gratifying when I put him in terrible commissions where the tables have been turned on him, and he ends up on the wrong end of a relationship.  I have weird character needs!
