Cecil is a gray coyote who works for Grizzly Construction Inc. He's fairly slim but is also quite physically strong, despite his lanky appearance. He works as a landscaper and lumber worker for the company, and has been a valued member of the team for several years.

In the evenings, Cecil leaves behind his mundane life and performs at a speakeasy called The Bootlegger.This speakeasy is 1920's styled, and all of its patrons play along with the illusion, dressing up dapper and adopting the vernacular of the time. Cecil performs there under the stage name "Spades", and is a crowd favorite, though he does not like seeing visitors after his shows and gets wasted after all the guests have left.

In the little free time he has, Cecil likes taking walks by himself through the city and writing. His sharp wit often gets him into trouble, but he does truly care for his friends, despite his questionable actions and statements otherwise. He's hardworking and determined, always with a goal and mind and focusing on it until he completes it.
