Character History:
Lightning Whiz was born to Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie, the two mares had started seeing each other a month after the Gilda incident. The two ponies grew closer together and eventually fell for each other and started dating in private at first. They eventually told their family, friends, and the whole town about their relationship. After years of dating, Rainbow Dash got pregnant when Pinkie had convinced Twilight to give her a temporary penis to get Dash pregnant. When Lighning Whiz was born, he had a rare Lighning bolt birthmark on his chest. The little colt unlike other colts and fillies would be very interested, whenever a lightning and thunder storm started and always would stare with curious eyes. His parents would catch him trying to go into the storm to get a closer look but would stop him so he could not get hurt. Over time, as he grew up, his curiously grew and asked his mom over anything and everything on the lightning storms that she would work with. One day when Lightning accompanied his mom to work, he stumbled into the lightning room and started to mess around which caused one of the jars with lightning inside to break. When the jar broke, the Lightning shocked him, he was surprised and afraid but also amazed. He bucked out his legs, through his body's instincts and was able to control the lightning and sent it flying through the cealing and into the sky. When Rainbow Dash burst into the room, she hugged him as hard as she could out of both love and fear that her could have gotten seriously hurt or worse. Rainbow lectured him to never to leave her side like that and messing with things, he didn't know about because she didn't want to lose him. As Rainbow softened her embrace and checked for any injuries and shocked completely that he did not have any and that his cutie mark had appeared on his flank. After the whole incident, both Pinkie and Rainbow Dash had a long talk with their son and yet were relieved that he was alright. Lightning promised to never go and fool around with things he has no knowledge of, but he was still grounded for disobeying Rainbow Dash and her instructions. As Lightning grew older he started to train with the weather ponies to control and master his new ability to with electrical storms, it took long tedious months to complete the training. He had finally joined the weather team and started to work with them and his mom.
