While he is ageless and undying in the normal sense, his cells still reproduce and his body still functions. Druyin has attempted to commit suicide before to end his own life and FAILED, learning that many of the conventional methods of death to not apply to him.

However he has learned through his experiences that he is capable of death if his body sustains enough damage and it is still possible for him to be seriously injured or rendered unconscious.
