Hyperion is a Dragon with crimson scales beset with dark ebony plates on his stomach and chest. His wings are also beset with black webbing between dark red joints. This Drake in particular is of a peculiar, ancient and -- outside of himself, obviously -- long-extinct species which excels at prolonged flight and specialized in scouting and hunting for the single, large tribe of Dragons that existed when the Earth of his realm was young. This exceptional flight capabilities are manifested in the wings; having two 'finger joint' ridges along the top of them and their vertical extension on his body going from high up on the back of the shoulders to just barely above his rump. They fan out to a height near the size of his body and a span of nearly one hundred feet...Each. When they furl, they fold twice as well, leaving one finger spike pointing upward, and the other down.

He stands at a height of twenty two feet, and is bipedal. His muscles, while not extremely prominent, are extraordinarily dense, which causes his weight to be well over a few tons. Three bones sweep back on either side of the posterior of his snout, and are joined by webbing in a typical fin-like formation over his ear holes. He also has two more horns that point backward on either side of the top of his head and the typical fan-like ridges along the back of his head and down his back and tail. Horns extend back from his elbows as well. His exceedingly prolonged time alive has allowed him to master the breathing of all of the major elements as well as a few odd extra elements and mixtures.

Hyperion has bright green eyes with blue-black pupils and a yellow sclera. His shoulders are fairly wide, yet his figure is somewhat effeminate in its curvaceousness; slightly narrow waist and wide hips. His arms, legs and chest are all fairly muscular, enough to visibly stand out and add something to look at. At the ends of his arms and legs are five-digit talons ending in huge, sharp claws ebon in hue. Altogether, Hyperion is a tall, imposing figure, but beneath that hard exterior, he's rather gentle.
