Razer is a Emerald like Victini, and knows how to use ability from certain ores like Emeralds and Nova!
He has a special Arm Cannon that will glow when charged. and can be shot through certain walls like
wood and plastic. however it cannot go through things like Metal or Stone like things.

He can also use it to shoot rapidly to certain enemies. so don't mess with Razer.
He won't however hurt any of his family or Enatias/Zerios friends.
