Personality:

Kind, but withdrawn. Distances himself mainly in order to make sure he doesn't get hurt. Sometimes he cares too much so to counter that, he tries his utmost not to get involved in things that can't be helped, but he does try to give advice when he is able. Tends not to talk too often but does like to speak every once in awhile.

Main colors:

Dark blue scales, going from head to toe.

Teal scutes going from the underside of the jaw, downward, all the way to the tip of the tail. Each scute glows a little brighter or darker depending on how close or far from the chest it is.

Wing membranes are more like a sky blue in hue, and glow a little bit, but the glow doesn't shine through the other side of the wings.

Physical Traits:

Eyes: Diamond pupils, not very well covered by the glow of the rest of the eye (the "whites" are not white at all, but teal in color)

Nostrils: Instead of normalized dragon nostrils, these are slit-like, and appear horizontally on the muzzle. Helps with silent breathing for stealth-like operations.

Hair: Long, black, and lengthy, extending down to the upper part of the back, and slightly curly. A small beard, towards the very lower tip of the muzzle, can be seen.

Horns: Two semi-long horns toward the back of the skull, above the ears, curving slightly downward but not too noticible.

Ears: Very long, almost bat-like but pointy and thin. Usually very rigid except when very content, then they flop down towards the middle.

Wings: Small horns jut out from each of the tips of the "fingers," helping to somewhat regulate blood flow and for use of power control.

Hands: Paw-like in looks, but very much usable, with small claws that can retract and extend through the scales. Paw pads mark the underside of them, helping for grip. Five digits (four fingers, one thumb).

Feet: No real toes; they are embedded in the main part of the paws. Claws extend outward from where the toes would be, but a longer claw emerges from where the ankle would be (between the knee and the actual foot). Primary physical defense: kicking or thrusting foot backward, knocking the long claw upwards.

Spine: No spines, but extra-rigid for structural support: most objects cannot penetrate the hardened scale-structure.

Clothing:

The shirt may vary in style, but pants include some sort of style (varies on mood), fingerless gloves, customized boots that support the whole foot up to near the base of the ankle (isn't always seen), a red bandanna, and a forest green trench coat.

Powers:

Draws basic power from things surrounding him; doesn't matter the object, person, or surroundings. More complex power emerges inward, in a standard form of energy (Ki) and can be directed outward, affecting things depending on how much available energy there is. A complex ball of energy surrounds him at all times, but remains completely invisible except by those that can sense auras.

Can sense emotions on an empathic level; so greatly that it usually affects him more than the ones feeling the initial emotion. This is his greatest double-edged sword, and is only prevented when he shuts out all emotions completely. While he can sense the emotions, he cannot see the reasons behind them; he must discover them on his own.

Invisibility: Can move extremely silently, even with clothes on, since he has perfected his own way of sneaking. Can actually turn invisible by refracting light in multiple directions, resulting in a true basis of stealthing. Can remain hidden for extended periods of time, lasting for months, without a need to acquire more energy, resulting in ways of making an enemy think he's gone even when still around.

Base Element Control

Heat: Can gather different energies in such a way that it affects heat. Can make things feel very hot or very cold, and gives him basic manipulation of fire and ice. Complex manipulating can be gained by combining energy from nature and inward powers, resulting in very contrasting effects.

Mass: Can make himself have more or less mass near-instantaneously, resulting in variances in time and space. Uses energy to ensure he gets when/where he needs to go, but prolongued use can be catastrophic, causing multiple anomalies both in time and in himself.

Energy: Forces small amounts of energy through different parts of his body, and draws other bits of energy from other creatures nearby, establishing a web of normalized flow of energy. He can check on those inside the web to see various things like emotions, tiredness, and stabilization.
