· Ignacio is very faithful and never tells a lie. Because of his job, he has a large knowledge of the city and neighboring regions, thus, he has managed to make a lot of contacts that keep him informed should something be up. He always helps with a smile on his face and has the disposition to carry out any favor even if he's tired, although if something's not clear, he freezes and doesn't know what to do.
