This is Corono Lia, one of the protagonists I've made for an upcoming project called Galabiking.

She's a Dromaurian, who are essentially anthropomorphized raptor-family dinosaurs, but with a few twists.

Their culture is essentially primitive in appearance, but they have futuristic technology.

Dromaurians draw power from lightning storms, so they're perfectly fine with letting themselves be hit with lightning.
