Works as an archivist. Opposite to Praxis and von Geier, who are one being in two, Noesis is several beings in one. One of Noesis's nicknames is "One-man Procession". It has numerous personalities, which surface at random, usually one at a time to remain functional. Together they form sort of a hivemind which makes Noesis' memory extraordinarily extensive. Additionally, thanks to its long body, it can easily reach out for necessary document when someone needs them, making it efficient.
