As the title says he is somewhat based off of TG however I to intend to make him original character and frankly he already can be it's not like there's much I have to change pff.

Anyway once more as the title suggests and for the 'fan character aspect of him' he is not merely another ghoul but a different species entirely, basically the predator to the ghouls as the humans are to ghouls~
