Background

Starts as a cloud, but slowly moves towards being a cat when she realizes she wants to live on the ground. After eating a forbidden feast, she falls into slavery with a dark demon-like creature. A guardian spirit wins her over, but she's still under contract, and is paired with an actual cat, Umbra. Lumi and Umbra have much to learn from one another!

Personality

She's generally laid back, enthusiastic, and a lover of mischief. Her curiosity drives her to desire a taste of every pie. The negative perception of her is that she's careless, manipulative, and overly chatty. Her cheerful mood may seem superficial, but after brushing away the majority of her indecipherable speech, there are powerful lessons that only a curious, child-like wonder would be able to bring to the table.

Despite her witty comments, she's not very knowledgeable about the world, which often throws her into dangerous social interactions. Most of the time, she learns quickly and is able to think on her feet, thus finding a way out of the situation, (although the solution may not be ideal).

Her greatest fear is being trapped- her darker side tends to surface in a negative, stormy, way when she feels trapped. Her darker self desires the carnal world - food, feeling ground between the toes, the hunt, etc. In better moods, this often shows through as her curiosity.

Visual Notes

She has two forms- domestic cat and cloud-cat. Quite a bit of freedom with movements and behaviors may be taken, although she prefers cat-like behavior and cloud-like movements. May manipulate objects as a human would. May walk on four legs, two legs, or float.

A note on "cloud-cats"- they are not actual spirits, they're more-so a result of Lumi's naive perception of the world. At first, everything in her eyes looks like a cloud, a cat, or a mix. But as she gains experience with the physical world, she sees things differently.
