This design is including all of my past personal characters:
kirin/qilin, musk-oxen, mule, mule-creature, all-dem-horses, nilgai, and "the beast" Phew! I wanted to combine them all, or at least the aspects I loved from all of them into one form. (-but tried to also keep relatively streamlined!)

IMPORTANT NOTES:

-The weight-loss and gain is integral to the character design and not at all intended to be fetishized.
-I've done this for very, very personal reasons: (I've gained and lost about 100lbs twice in my lifetime.). I would feel extremely uncomfortable if the "losing and gaining" process were sexualized for this particular character. For them, it's just a matter of survival.

-Pronouns: "They/them" (Gender orientation is non-binary. Biologically they can be classified as intersex.

Personality:

Generally very placid, empathic, and curious. Sometimes seems melancholic and/or depressive (see notes).
Going with the Qilin/Kirin lore, they are very, very protective of victims of unnecessary/unmerited violence/abuse and sometimes righteously (arguably self-righteously!) enact punishment to beings/behavior/events that they deem to conflict with their personal moral values. Which this can be considered pretentious, but hey!- personality "flaws" are important too.

Loves:
Animals, Green Tea/Green Tea-flavored-things, Fall & Winter, Sushi, Nice People, Storms, Snow, Taiga Forests, Vests (lol), Closet Goth, Celtic stuff, Music, Renaissance Fairs....etc...so pretty much stuff I like.

Hates:
Mean people....aaand that's about it! XD...
Okay, maybe food with lots of capsaicin in it....

Extra Interesting(?) Notes:

-Can also be rendered with lots of scarring/old wounds/ old arrows sticking out of them. ("They've" been through some stuff and can't die". which I guess you could say is what makes them depressed/melancholic.)
-Omnivorous (teeth reflect this, although placement is horse-like)
