Nothing is known about Frou besides the fact that he is a doll that can breathe life into other toys, making them "living things" like you and I. He can also shroud himself in a spell that makes him appear to be human, like all dolls in this universe can do to protect themselves from anti-toy hate crimes.

He is known to be very happy and easy-going, but awfully strange.

Sometimes he has nightmares where he is not who he thinks he is.
