Yūrei's first name is Japanese for "ghost".

She was born into a wealthy family, but her parents disappeared mysteriously when she was fairly young, leaving her to fend for herself on the streets for several long and rough years. Nearly dead from starvation and a stab wound in her abdomen, a kind sergal named Lennox took her in and nursed her back to health. He gave her a home for many years where he trained Yūrei in stealth, survival, and blade fighting. Her most cherished possessions are her pair of matching daggers gifted to her by her biological father before he disappeared, so naturally she fancies them fighting with them most of all. She uses her skills for odd jobs, but primarily for working as an assassin for hire. She has since departed from Lennox and travels with no clear destination.

Her dark turquoise eyes are a mutation, as well as her elongated ears. She has the long ears of a southern sergal despite being a nothern.

Dislikes: Hot weather, dull daggers, arrogance, ignorance, raw meat, live prey.

Personality: Sharp minded, sarcastic, intelligent, quiet, introvert, friendly, slow to trust others.
