Hails from a planet that is full of caves being the specie of no eyes, their sight dependence is on Sonar vision that they silently emits and their skulls on their faces receives the returning wave for them to see what's infront of them, it's like Bats or Dolphins using sonar,

They've been hailed by another intelligent specie that thankfully were friendly and managed to civilize these eyeless host and get them advanced enough to fare the space, thanks to their technology, her specie can now wear goggles that Sees even the far things with ease like an eagle, and transmit it to their skulls as vision, much faster and more detailed, it can even tell them the colors!

With such Technology comes great responsibility, so anyone traveling through space and visiting other inhibited planets are instructed not to bring along their weapons as in most cases their advanced weapons could bring troubles to the primitive people of the planets they visit,
