Mika McHale started as "MikaLapine", my persona. But I didn't feel any real connection with him. He wasn't enough like me, visually anyway. I got more interested in using him as an unrelated character.

He's a tailor by day, running a shop left to him by his grandparents, but toys with his own clothing designs in the evenings.

He'd like to be a designer, but is pleased for now to just sell the occasional article of hand stitched clothing in the shop.

His sideburns are real, totally natural, and spectacular.

He's got a rather large immediate family.

An older Brother, 4 older sisters (three of which are triplets), 3 brothers in law, 3 nephews and a niece, his parents, and his paternal grandmother.

People are usually surprised that he's learning aikido, and keeps finding new martial arts to learn as a way of relaxing on the weekends.

Favorite color, green. Favorite food, poppy seed cake.

He likes to think he's the smarter one in his relationship, but is pretty sure he's not. He's got more common sense, though.
