This is phantasy

Her human named form is Reina. She works in a zoo in Amityville and deals with mostly dangerous animals that other trainers or feeders wouldn't want to go near.

300 years prior Reina was born in a small village. They were partly civil people who were famous jewlery makers and thrived on the bounty of the land to survive. A natural ghost portal appeared in one of phantasy's secret spots she would go to, to collect rare gems. Upon viewing said portal and sticking her head in without fear, she came face to face with the ghosts that roamed passed...one of them being a T'Rex...she reached out to touch the T'rex but the portal had closed.

She was sucked through the portal while infused with the T'rex ghost DNA and became who she was. Phantasy.

She was forced to live in the ghost zone for a while before she managed to find another portal that lead her to Amityville...300 years later. She knew at that point she had to adapt and learn in this new environment.

Unlike danny or any other ghost hybrid known...Phantasy has an issue with her ghost form. She can remain in her ghost form, for long periods of time even forever so long as she never uses her powers. If her powers end up becoming drained...the DNA of the t'rex will overwhelm her sense forcing her to become feral.

She will lose her mind and go on a rampage to hunt down ghosts to devour them and replenish her powers.
