Professor Heero Sheema, the Genius Overseer of the Psionics, Communication and Mentality department of Åsgard, is possibly one of the most powerful ministers serving under the Patriarch. Declared a brilliant mind from a very early age, most documents about Dr. Sheema's upbringing have been... mysteriously lost to time. This leads some Åsgardians to nickname him "The Wiz Kid that time forgot", and shrouds his entire being in a veil of complete and utter mystery. Some hushed whispers in the streets claim that he is a hidden yet true ruler, a suspicion further fuelled by the fact that Sheema's distinctly robotic voice is the one most seldomly heard blaring from the public communications systems that break up the stores and dwellings of Åsgard and Midgard.

Dr. Sheema's public appearances are incredibly rare, and when he does choose to appear he never speaks to his audience. He commonly remains by the Patriarch's side, where his chameleon-like eyes move in all directions to spot any potential security breaches. Witnesses to the good doctor claim that they have seen him hovering a few inches above ground, his eyes dropping from his eyesockets and crawling around on their own, and even connecting his very being to a fully armed satellite system located in space. Aside from mindless conspiracies and urban mythology, very little is said about the leader of the Wiz Kids, and even his own colleagues know insultingly little about him.
