Åsgard is generally considered to be governed by four large faculties. The leader of the BioChem department, whose responsibility is the development of medicine and biological research, is the shy and kind-hearted Sellah Fi'ehl. The youngest of The Atomics (or Wiz Kids as they are known in Midgard, or perhaps even the Trumen among the other races of the Nine Worlds), Sellah rose to her current position due to her savant-like abilities with healing. While generally inactive in Åsgardian media, Sellah's public profile is widely known to be wholly positive. She is especially popular among the Midgardian lower class, which holds her in high regard as the purest and most honest among her colleagues. There are rumours that she has a close connection with Dwindle Odin Bötz, the current Åsgardian Patriarch, but little else is known beyond this.

Sellah is generally an optimistic, shy and reserved creature, whose love for science and research eventually brought her from the Alfrheim to Åsgard where she was employed as a scientist. Kind-hearted, calm and benign, Sellah would eventually capture the eye of the Åsgardian Patriarch, who hand-picked her to be the Minister of the BioChem department. While she frequently interacts with said Patriarch, she finds him to balance neatly between the border of highly respectable and absolutely terrifying and for some reason, be it respect or love, will do anything in her power to protect him while simultaneously upholding her pacifistic nature. Other than the Patriarch, Sellah's social circle largely consists of cups of coffee and official government documents, and she often finds herself dreaming of the easy living back home in Alfrheim while thumbing through romance novels and eating donuts.
