Luna is a catlike alien.

One day she came to earth to warn the people about a doglike alienspecies who are evil and want to enslave earthlings.
The galatic federation against war (G.F.A.W.) wants Earth to join them.
But her spaceship landed in the ninties , she was unable to tell them because her chief in command would come the next day she would land, so that people would believe her. Since she can't reset the settings without proper tools , and with the communication set broken, there was only one thing to do ....
Disguised with a device that makes het look human,she stayed in the ninties en enjoyed life on earth.
But she forgot the original date when she would land, anw when the commander would come..
And there is always the constant danger of the doglike aliens who can attack earth..
