Ultimus the Platinum Dragon is a demigod of order, balance, and magic. With order and balance in the realm of magic as his dogma, he takes no side in the eternal conflict of good and evil. He seeks only to maintain a constant flow of magic and a balance so neither good or evil have a clear advantage over other.

He has no definitive group of followers or worshipers for his dogma is difficult for most faithful to keep up. While there are whispers of his name and past actions, he remains a background player in a world full of disruptions and balance-upsetting advantages.

He is often on the move, tracking down disturbances within the flow of magic. He can appear as his true form, an anthro dragon, with exotic armor or as a robed giant wrapped in linen bandages. He normally avoids densely populated areas unless the calling is strong.

He might stop for a drink or a conversation. He can also be the curious type, learning about subjects outside his domains. But with great certainty, he takes no side in one's conflict. He can appear emotionally detached most of the time but it doesn't mean he can't feel emotions.
