She's feral for now.
I tweaked her colors a little and added hair and a collar.

About Phoebe!

She is a pigeon mixed with a dog, not sure what kinda dog, so probably a mutt.

She can fly, but not for very long. Sometimes she will tuck her front legs up, and walk like a pigeon.

Being both pigeon and dog, she will act like either, cooing or barking.

Her nickname is Breadcrumbs, because she loves bread, especially when you rip pieces off and she pecks after it! x3

She can be drawn with a big poof of hair (like shown) or a small poof!

She is pretty small 2 feet in height (on all fours), about the middle of feral mirera and feral gage... if that helps...
