Uhhh she's not a mascot for Califur. SoCalFurs yes, Califur no. She's still really cool though! Just thought I would clear something up.

Oh! OK. They just made a big deal out of voting for a male mascot to go with her when I was at califur.

I getcha, I was a part of that contest. It was a big deal that year because Califur was made to be the official/not official host for the finalists and to be winner of the contest. But it wasn't Califur hosting the event, it was just the group leaders who just so happen to either work the convention, or to regularly go to Califur to begin with. Makes sense too since it's the SoCalFurs, and a southern California furry convention.
