Os-Nadarra/Team Valiant Crossover

Of all the adventures Volcan has been on, this is by far one of the strangest. During a series of unexplained anomalies, Volcan is transported to another world, the world of Pokémon, and somehow the transference to another dimension has transformed him into a Pokémon, of a species most similar to his true form -which happened to be the Fire/Fighting-Type, Blaziken. He may be in a different body, but he's still the Fire Phoenix of the Os-Nadarra. In this new body he finds his powers are gone, but this new form has powers of its own, and Volcan quickly finds himself capable of feats he wasn't capable of as his real self. He has even found a Blazikenite, and has unlocked the awesome power of Mega Evolution.

Now Volcan works to find his way home, but never loses sight of his willingness to protect the innocent. Joining forces with Rescue Team Valiant, he crosses this strange and mysterious new world, learning their ways and making a name for himself, but more than that, making new friends along the way, not the least of which being the team captain of Valiant, Luke.
