Powers/abilities: She is a bard like character her voice increases other heroes abilities by double as long ash she keeps them motivated with her cheering(She isn't limited to Cheering her singing alone also inspires and encourages). Her magical baton dazzles villains to stair in awe to be decked by heroes. Her Pom Pom's also another distraction when thrown they explode in the hands of a villain whom holds it as they are charred from the explosion bits of graffiti float around them sort of blinding them from it's brightness.
Strengths: With her charismatic charm and vocals she can raise the spirits of heroes to fight longer and stronger where as diminishing any villains powers or abilities.
Weaknesses: If gagged she cannot raise the spirits of heroes from her cheers. Inexperienced in actual hand to hand combat she relies on other heroes to deal with villains, leaving her very vulnerable.

Personality: Very cheerful and outgoing. It's hard to break her spirit when she wants to do something, she will go out and do it! She is a little ditzy at times but she is still rather smart and can surprised you with her ideas.
