In College Catastrophe, Shiera didn't appear very often... a bit more towards then end, when she took a liking to Phil. In Nine to Nine, she and Phil live together. She's currently a schoolteacher. Her name is a misspelling of the Japanese romanization of Shiela (シーラ).
