Caltsar is a green Anthro Dragon. Generally friendly and accepting of others. He's a bit short for a dragon, and stays away from the fierce stereotype. Can usually be seen wearing black cargo pants and a t-shirt.

Wing-span is slightly longer than his height. Not enough to allow him to fly, but he can glide safely to the ground if needed.
