Part of the triplets and related to Crankshaft and Livewire by blood but not to Turbo or the twins.

Throttle is usually pretty grumpy but he cares for his little family. He really dislikes being bossed around by Turbo the most though and tends to avoid him.

They can't seem to stop squabbling when in the same room though unfortunately.
