Despite his tendency to slip into depressive states, Brett is optimistic at his core, and often very trusting of others - sometimes to a fault.

Bio:

After an accident involving experimental nanotech, Brett was granted the ability to generate and manipulate electricity.. he just has no idea what he's doing.

Brett wants desperately just to live a normal, low-key life, but his new found abilities and lack of control over them make this difficult.
