Life in a nuclear wasteland was tough. Humans want to shoot you, mutated animals want to eat you, it's constantly hot and the risk of contracting cancer or growing a third limb was always evident. However not for this this little mutated lizard. Unlike most of his ilk Schecky, through his mutant life gained near human sentience. He could read, write even learn, making his life in the atomic wastes of the Mojave desert a bit easier

(For those who've played Fallout New Vegas. I've always found a certain charm with the geckos of the Mojave wastes. Despite them trying to kill me I'd always feel bad when I had to gun them down. Not the Fire Geckos though this guys are right twats. So this charm inspired me to make Schecky, a smart Mojave Gecko who had been taken from the harsh wastes via dimensional travel to live a better life normal life.
