Oscar Carmine is the pessimistic brother of Nisha Carmine. Oscar, like most of the characters in "Original Characters", attends the Osohe University of the Arts in pursuit of a Digital Design degree. Oscar shares a dorm room with Nisha and is often found in the room's office, working diligently on digital commissions. Working on commissions has made Oscar into a bit of a shut-in - he despises going outside and tends to resort to personal philosophy to try and bargain his way out of any situation that might land him out of his office chair. Oscar also comically dislikes sunlight, often cringing at the very sound of it. Oscar often dresses in Halloween themed or graphical Gothic attires, and also wears his hair as a drooping Mohawk, which almost always hides the left side of his face.

Oscar takes great pride in his artwork, wishing to one day be one of the most popular artists on the internet. Oscar takes critique from others very negatively - usually taking the constructive advice the wrong way or twisting the meaning of what the critic says. Although he often denies Nisha's sexual advances, and ignores most other flirtatious actions from various women, Oscar is actually quite perverted and longs for a bed partner. However Oscar has very high standards for the women that he sleeps with, and thus rarely gets much action in bed.
