Special skills/things to note: the areas on her body that glow bright blue in the reference image usually produce an equally blue smoke/mist.
Other: Blind in her left eye. Her left ear has a helix and 3 lobe studs, and her right ear has an industrial, a conch, and 3 lobe studs. Her hind left leg has a scar running down the inside of the foot.
